I tried reaching out to ooutlet.com about my order, and yeah, it was frustrating. The replies were slow and felt like copy-and-paste answers. I kept having to explain the same thing over and over, and nobody actually answered what I was asking. After a while, it kind of felt like they were just trying to get me to drop it. not worth the hassle.

"Still waiting and getting suspicious"
I’m still waiting on my order, and the shipping has taken way longer than expected. The tracking barely updates, so I have no idea where it even is. it’s starting to feel like they were quick to take my money but not so quick to actually get the order to me

"Order was correct, but instructions could be clearer"
I ordered a few things from ooutlet.com, and everything showed up exactly as I picked it. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all right, which I definitely appreciated because I’ve had issues with that on other sites before.
The delivery took a little longer than I thought it would, and I was kind of expecting clearer instructions or updates along the way, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would probably shop there again.

I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, but the site felt a bit slow at times. The pages took a while to load, so it wasn’t the smoothest experience!!

I ordered a jacket from ooutlet.com and it looked good in the pictures, but once it arrived, the fabric felt kind of cheap. The stitching was a little messy in a few spots too, which was disappointing. I contacted customer service about it and kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not the worst jacket ever, but for the price, I definitely expected better.

The return process was just okay. It wasn’t a total nightmare, but the refund took a while and that was frustrating. I wish they were a bit faster or at least better about keeping me updated.

"Pretty good deal, as long as the prices stay fair"
I ordered a couple of things from Overstock Outlet and the prices were better than I expected. The site itself isn’t exactly fancy, which kind of made me wonder if they’re keeping it simple on purpose so people focus on the deals, but either way I saved some money compared to other places. Shipping was decent too, nothing amazing but no real issues. I’d probably buy from them again, assuming they don’t start raising prices once more people catch on.
